Space Partnerships 

University Baptist Church strives to build sustainable partnerships with the community through the sharing of our space and property to its fullest potential. 

 

Two Types of Partnership

There are two types of partnership available:

One-Time Events  

​Designed for special events, one-time meetings, weddings, and birthday parties. ​

Types of Spaces Available

Our campus offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for rent, including: 

• 400-seat Auditorium/Sanctuary with breakout rooms

• 100-seat Auditorium/Chapel 

• 150-seat Gathering Hall

• Indoor Play Space

• Large Kitchen

• 25-30-seat Meeting Rooms

• Office Space

• Music and Art Studio Space

• Sports Field

• Outdoor Playground

• Sprawling Front Lawn

Process for Renting

1. Potential space partners should submit a rental request form below. 

2. The request form will be reviewed by our Team in 3 business days. 

3. The approved space partner will set-up a meeting in the church office, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-4:30 pm, to walk through the desired space, review and sign the agreement, and submit the administration fee/security deposit.
